Rick Osbakken – President/CEO
Rick is the owner and operator of Holden Electric. He is a Master Electrician with 28 years experience in the electrical industry. Rick holds Electrical licenses in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Rick currently serves on the Twin Ports Chapter of NECA as Director and
Jesse Johnson – VP/Estimator/Project Manager
Jesse started his career at Holden Electric in 1996 working up to journeyman electrician to project manager. In 2015 Jesse invested into Holden Electric and now serves as Vice President of Holden Electric. Jesse has been and continues to be the project manager for many significant jobs. He also now oversees a large portion of the daily operations at the Brainerd Office. Jesse will make himself available 24/7 if needed.
Lori Forsberg – Corporate Secretary/ Office Manager
Lori manages the accounting operations for Holden Electric and is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, financial analysis and cash management for the company. She has several years of corporate accounting experience and has been with Holden Electric since 1997.
Beth Arnold – Administrative Assistant
Beth just recently started as administrative assistant. She will assist Lori in all administrative duties required with the company.
Scott Moser – Estimator/Project Manager
Scott started at Holden as a JW Electrician, after leaving in 1997 he came back to Holden in in 2015. As a Project Manager he oversees the progressive operations at various job sites and coordinates with owners, engineering and management to assure that projects are completed in a professional and timely manner. As an estimator he contacts new prospects and schedules upcoming bidding projects. He is involved in the bid and proposal process as well as converting a bid to a manageable job.
Randy Praught – Service Estimator/Coordinator
Randy is a Licensed Electrician who came into the office to share his knowledge from his experiences on the service truck and running jobs.
John Wulff – Purchaser/Operations
John has over 30 years with Holden Electric. He is a great asset to our company with his knowledge on parts. He continually presents our team with time-saving options for our installers.
Nick Musel – Service Estimator – Agate Electric Division
Nick started his apprenticeship at Agate Electric working his way to a JW and now serves as the key estimator for small work in the Duluth/Two Harbors area. His experience on the service truck offers our customers confidence when he is providing a quote.
Bill Anderson – Operations Manager – Agate Electric Division
Bill has started with Agate Electric in 2012 but came with 20 years of operations experience in the construction industry. He is a key player in the day-to-day operation of the Division Office.
Diane Wells – Assistant Office Manager – Agate Electric Division
Diane started with Agate Electric in 1999 doing all accounting for over 15 years. With the merger she has taken the role of liaison between the corporate office and the division office. She assists with AP, new jobs, billing, etc. as needed.
